Ugh

I could NOT get moving this morning...I was shaky and twitchy and not all there, even after having some breakfast. Was like I'd been on a serious multiday caffeine bender or something.

Finally dawned on me much later what it was...I'd had a bad coughing fit when I tried to goto bed last night, and dosed myself with cough syrup. It was leftovers from that I'm sure. Bleh..that sucked.

Ick

That has to rank as one of the worst Non-blizzard drives back from the Valley I've ever done. Its been around Zero for weeks, and then warmed up to right at freezing today. I saw half a dozen cars in the ditch or on their sides, and was having a heck of a time staying in the lane and not drifting off the road due to the slickness, and this was even when I backed off on speed and took it easy.

Fortunately I made it home safely....and had kanigem join me here shortly thereafter as she decided she didn't want to brave those roads to go home (And i don't blame her)

I did have a good time out at eidola's though..I delivered some prints to M, and hung out and watched a really shitty football game(seriously, there wasn't any point watching it after the questioned TD in the second quarter, because Seattle just gave up after that and they played like shit), but got to hang out with friends and get used as a jungle gym by the rugrats in attendance. Then I hung out just to see what the heck all the ads were for for the show Greys Anatomy. What a let down....the show was cute, but not interesting enough for me to watch again I think. The promo's had me thinking the tease was one thing, when it was something else completely. Ah well...thats what I get for watching network TV.
