As a side tidbit, Its interesting to note that virtualy everyone I know (short of the parents, who were there with me for most of the moves) thinks of the current home as having nearly always been my home(or atleast as long as they can remeber).  Very few of my current friendships were formed before I moved out of the dorms and into my home, and the ones that were, the person isn't local any longer.

It's been, what, nearly six years at current address? Military friendships rarely stay local, and civilian ones - well, given how much our generation moves about (like I'm one to talk), not that surprising. Still interesting, though!
